Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions apply only if all the following conditions are met: within 3 days of subscription start, credit usage does not exceed 50 credits (including the gift credits). If eligible, the refund will be calculated based on your usage, minus a 10% service fee from the original payment. Please contact us at [email protected] to request the refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
